What is your favorite type of donut? I could name a baker's dozen of my favorites (har har). I like the regular ol' Krispy Kreme glazed a lot. Although anything with icing, or lemon filling is also great. I don't like sprinkles much though. It's hard enough to eat a donut without getting goo all over my face/hands, I don't need sprinkles falling all over me.

You know, if you're still on your fitness/weight loss kick next year, you're welcome to come to Raleigh for the Krispy Kreme Challenge. You run from the Belltower to Krispy Kreme (through my neighborhood, I might add), eat a dozen glazed donuts, and run back.

Krispy Kreme, and it has to be hot. I swear, everytime I see the "hot" sign in flashing red lights in the window of a Krispy Kreme, I make a quick detour...I have to.

In fact today I had a maple glazed donut. Delicious Delicious Delicious I only had one but there are more in the box and it is near me....... I do love sprinkles, it is like having a party!! Have a lovely weekend. O my gosh I would love to run in the Krispy Kreme Challenge........
Krispy Kreme FROM Krispy Kreme ONLY..not those that you get in Kroger and growing up in Knoxville, they had a donut with multi colored sprinkles, not those jimmie things and a white icing..YUM!! I wish I could eat them more often...kinda sucks getting older with a slower metabolism!!
mmm...donuts. i saw on msn today about the national donut day. i think the best donut ever is he krispy kreme creme filled glazed donut. mmm.
White cake donuts with white glaze/frosting a la Donutland or Casey's. A Krispy Kreme is too much like a dessert, cake donuts are much more breakfast like. :)
I had no idea it was Donut Day. Maybe I'll have to eat a couple today to make up for it...
And I'm with you - I like Krispy Kreme, especially when they're fresh out of the oven!
I like jelly filled ones. Something about the novelty of there being a gooky treat inside of a powdery blob! Hahah... in general, though, I stay away from donuts! (Slippery slope!)
